  1. 01

    Who we are

Bleat 941 doo is a company registered in Belgrade, Serbia. For anything related to this policy, email hello@bleat.studio.

  2. 02

    What we collect

When you send us a brief through the contact form or by email, we store your name, email, company (if provided), rough budget and the message itself. When you browse the site, our host may log standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, referrer and timestamp — for security and debugging. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell or rent any data.

  3. 03

    Why we collect it

Contact data is used solely to reply to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to execute the engagement. Request logs are used to keep the site online, investigate abuse and fix bugs. We don't build profiles, run retargeting campaigns or share your data with third-party marketers.

  4. 04

    How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 10 years) and then deleted. Request logs are rotated within 30 days.

  5. 05

    Who can see it

Your data is accessible only to the small Bleat team. We use a handful of reputable processors to run the studio — email (Google Workspace or similar), hosting (Vercel or similar), error monitoring and accounting software. Each processor acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

  6. 06

    Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to export it in a portable format. For EU and UK residents, these rights are guaranteed by GDPR; for California residents by the CCPA. Email hello@bleat.studio and we'll respond within 30 days.

    Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your data, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
