Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the bleat.studio website. Any paid engagement with the studio is additionally governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between Bleat and the client — those documents take precedence over anything on this page.

Using the site
You can browse, read and share the content on bleat.studio for personal and professional use. You agree not to probe, scrape or otherwise misuse the site, or use it in a way that harms other users or third parties.
- 02
Content and ownership
All copy, images, code samples and the Bleat brand on this site are owned by Bleat 941 doo, unless clearly attributed to a client or third party. Case studies are published with client permission. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link back; please email us for anything broader.
- 03
Contact submissions
When you send a brief through the contact form or by email, you confirm that the information you share is yours to share and doesn't violate any NDA or third-party right. We treat briefs as confidential and only discuss them with the people on the Bleat team directly reviewing the project.
- 04
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it online, accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Any examples, metrics or outcomes shown are from prior work and are not a promise of future results.
- 05
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bleat is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, tax or investment advice.
- 06

- 07
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
